Mating Machair
Mating: When two individuals of the same or similar species produce offspring.Machair: A fertile, low-laying grassy plain.
The Mating Machair is a stretch of land with a lush carpet of dense grasses perfect for laying out in the sun. Wolves here live very comfortably as they service the pack in producing high quality offspring. They are encouraged to think of genetics while pairing, but not so closely monitored as the Baron lineage. Pups from this den site can roam or join new packs at their leisure, for a cost. If the pack they want to move to is willing to pay a fee, members here are free to go. Life here is simple and happy and they are fed well for the best chance of healthy pups. Protection is provided by the pack for new pups and mothers are free to focus on recovering. Wolves here are so comfortable, they don't even bother building nests. Families will flatten a section of grass and claim the site, then make pathways to other sites and necessities.
