Egret Estuary
Egret: A large bird with snow white feathers and black legs and beak, the Egret stands perfectly still in shallow waters waiting for fish to come near. Before they ever have a chance of reacting, the Egret snatches them up and makes them into a meal.Estuary: A partially enclosed body of brackish water.
The Egret Estuary can be found by following the runoff near Barracuda Bight up until it begins to open. When you continue to walk closer to fresh water and the scent of salt fades, you will find the gnarled tree root dens of the members who reside in the estuary. Trees grow away from the water, as if they know how toxic it is to everything living, and their roots curl around deep holes in the earth. The members here have it easier than they would in the bight, but it's still no easy task. They also ration water but are able to drink from the estuary occasionally. Fish, birds, and baby crocs are a large part of their diet and feathers from all the large fishing birds line the dens. These wolves are also working class and held to high regard.
