Cosmavican Lore: Fefka - the Fynniko word for "Empress", rooted from when pregnant or nursing cosos acted like den-rulers and bossed around their mates, eventually garnering snide titles like "Your Majesty", "Your Highness", or "Fefka". This doesn't have a direct translation to the currently spoken language on Baican, Vorrabic. Essentially, this cave is for nursing queens.
