Cunning Is Power
Land Treaders are what many would consider the main group of Hunters for the pack, and is the group young hunters are assigned to to further their training until adulthood.
Land Treaders hunt within the territory, and prey upon all manner of animal, but rarely is it just for meat. Since the pack feeds itself primarily on Seal, meat itself isn't needed, though will be cooked when Seal gets old. But the pack does want the fur, bone, and feathers to use in crafts and repairs.
Land Treaders are also scavengers for the pack, using sleds to transport a heap of materials back to the pack in one outing. Sleds are also used to transport bigger carcasses the Hunters manage to take down. They are also used to help the pack move when prey becomes scarce, with Land Treaders helping Caretakers load up the sleds and making sure everything is secure.
