Pup Training
Work Is Power
Pups who grow old enough to venture out of the nursery are assigned training by a Caretaker subclass called Mentors, who are in charge of assigning Pups to adults for lessons and Adolescents to Hunting parties/Herbalist/Scouts/Caretakers for in field training.
Pups in training and Adolescents share a den, and are encouraged to mingle with each other. Adolescents are also encouraged to teach Pups about their In field training, giving tips on what to do.
Training consist of two forms, Lessons and In-Field. In-Field is self explanatory, it is training that takes place out in the field the wolf is training for, but also applies to other ranks other than Hunters or Scouts, like assisting a Pupsitter with birth, or helping a Herbalist with treatment.
Lessons are done within camp, and are often verbal, though spars and exercise would also be considered Lessons if done within camp. While Lessons are mainly for Pups and In-Field is mainly for Adolescents, it's not uncommon for Adolescents to be given Lessons, or for a well behaved Pup to be brought out for In-Field.
