Whelping Den
A cozy, small cave enclosed by a copse of redwood and fir trees. It has a sandy floor, and a small stream of fresh spring water flows from a crack in the back of the cave and out the mouth. It's many private alcoves have been packed full of soft feathers, fur, and moss.
