A quiet part of the mountainous settlement. Important wolves' quarters lay here; those with boundless control over the Order, other than the Leader himself. The wolves here seem dangerous, but they are revered nonetheless. Wolves that end up part of the Council are either born a Sign, or have done selfless acts for the Order.
