The Old Guard
This is a den for the first six wolves (including the leader) to join the pack. And, if they pass on, a new six would be picked from the pack, so on and so forth. These are the six eldest or most proficient wolves who have the most respect, typically excelling in their roles and are excellent and efficient with regards to their performance and roles in the pack.
The first five were the following wolves:
- Ife, Queen Nydia's closest friend and advisor.
- Rowan, the significant other that treated Queen Nydia the way that she deserved.
- Antares, the father of Queen Nydia's first litter (a black wolf named Abrion, and her sister, a white wolf named Arturo), as well as Queen Nydia's first lover. (sentenced to death by starvation)
- Ophira, a she-wolf with a golden coat fiercely loyal to Antares, whom once attempted to murder Queen Nydia. (sentenced to death by starvation)
- Elfego, Queen Nydia's best scout and Ife's brother figure. (sentenced to death by starvation)
However, those within this den, and specific murder itself, will be serving the clan until their deaths. They are not to be chased off, and will remain in the Crows' Nest.
