Dams & Pups
A den safely nestled away in the mountains of The Rocky Delta pack's territory. All expecting mothers, dams amd their pups reside in this den surrounded by towering waterfalls and mossy stone entrances. Surrounding the den there are several areas designated for a pup's time to play, including sandy hollows and areas where pups are allowed to have time to playfight under supervision. Nearby are the pup training grounds, where all pups ages 2 1/2 months to 5 1/2 months will receive their puppy training. Alongside these pups are their more mature peers, their apprentice-aged packmates and commonly, their brothers and sisters.Inside the den are carefully constructed nests of animal pelts, moss, and a collection of soft nesting materials the dams used during their pregnancies. Along with these carefully made nests are plentiful amounts of pup toys, whether they be sticks, bones and skulls, or even live insects, there are plentiful amounts of toys for the pups here.
Males are allowed in the den for visits to the pups and to complete training with apprentices, but the only males allowed to sleep in the den are the breeding male and male pups under a year old. This is to allow plentiful space for the dams to take care of their pups and to allow room for the pups and apprentices to grow. Males have their own den not too far away from the den for dams and pups, however.
