At the mouth of the valley of Treeshade's sprawling territory the youngest and strongest wolves live, under the direct supervision of the Alpha. While some have jobs providing for the Pack in various ways, for many of them their time spent on the sun and wind bathed rocks at the front of territory is spent patrolling, mentoring the young and defending the territory from all who would intrude.
