Gerd, the third born pup of Tyr, was born in during winter. The name Gerd means "protection" in the old tongue.Gerd grew up thinking that her younger sister, Vår, was better than her, this caused some strain in the family and Gerd spent a lot of time to herself. She couldn't help but care about everyone in the pack, though, as she regularly risked her own life to keep others safe. She was selfless, and powerful. While not as smart as her older sister, she was no fool and she did grasp the logistics of the pack and helped where she could. What made Tyr decide that she was alpha material was her immense strength, though she possessed physical strength it wasn't that kind of strength that made Gerd admirable; it was her resiliance and her big heart that won her the title.
Gerds family are reserved, but friendly and helpful.
