The cave where herbalists reside in serves as a quarantine cave which is used to contain infectious or dangerous diseases like influenza and distemper.

Contagious diseases:
- Ear mites
- Fleas
- Hepatitis
- Cough
- Distemper
- Influenza
- Pox
- Mange

Note: Tapeworms, ticks, infection are not contagious

Deadly illnesses (IMMEDIATE TREATMENT OR EUTHANASIA)
- Distemper
- Poison
- Pox (to pups- kills after 1 RO)

Highly contagious (60%+) (QUARANTINE IMMEDIATELY)
- Influenza
- Fleas
- Ear mites
