As a founder of the pack I, Alpha Sequoia, make these in best interests of the pack's needs.

First females must be at least 3 before breeding, this rule is to ensure there is no overpopulation in the pack.
~
Second is to ensure the safety of pups they will be watched by the elders when the mother returns to her normal role of the pack.
~
Third breeding outside the pack is welcome but please ensure that we do not want to lose our Howling Storm bloodline so some must choose mates within the pack.
