Testing out / proving the theory that a 100% survival pup dies if the sitter does

So since I have a wolf that is 7 years 10½ months, I figured I would try and get proof for this bug. link to sitter

100% survival chance pup (age 5 1/2) link

Before setting a pupsitter. Survival chance is circled, with 100% being displayed
Another page showing that the survival chance of this pup is 100% without a sitter
Sitter page displays that it is taking care of the pup
Image of the pup's page showing the survival chance is at 100% along with how much pupsitter protection it has

Help page subsection with the 100% guarantee highlightedProof that the pup has 100% survival chance on top of the pupsitter's protection. This means if the sitter dies, then the pup is supposed to live according to the wording in the help tab's Pupsitting & pup survival subsection


Now since the pup is 5 1/2 months old, this may mess the results up. I will make more posts accordingly in this thread if this is the case

Update:


Pupsitter survived RO and is now 7 years 11 months, so the pup is now an Adol. I will be retrying to create the results during tonight's RO, with a new 100% survival chance pup. link to screen recording of pup survivng RO

Ok, looks like 5 1/2 month old pups survive the pupsitter dying. I will attempt to get a younger 100% survival pup to pair with a death roll Pupsitter link to screen recording of pup survivng RO

Update #3:


The new Pupsitter I am trying this out with is Torn Asunder who is now my oldest wolf at 7 years 4 months

The new pup is this one link And it is 3 months, so younger than the 5 1/2 mo pups used in the last two try's

Ill be screen recording rollover for this in 4-5 minutes, so it'll show that im not removing the pup and if it does survive or not.

I never heard of a pup with 100% survival chance dying, only pups with less than that but who were fully protected by their pupsitters before they died

I unfortunately has a badger alb carrier pup die with 100% survival rate. It sucked and im still annoyed over this. So im trying to get proof. It's rare to happen to players so it makes sense that you wouldn't have heard of this happening.

I've seen this being mentioned by a staff member, so if you're looking for a proof maybe somewolf caught a screenshot of the message? Or asking staff in Modbox may suffice?

@ Dżanek #24018 Yeah, I know the bug report shows it's being investigated, but the mod box said something else than what is being said in the bug report (If I remember right) Ill have to go back through mine and find it to double check. The response I got is part of why im doing this experiment
