Haru's YCH shop [closed]

✧ Welcome! I'm Haru, but you can call me Max too. I decided to open up a YCH shop as a cheaper alternative to custom commissions.

TOS and info:

General Rules:

✧ Do not claim my work as your own. If you wish to use it outside of Wolvden, credit pawzrecole on Instagram along with my Wolvden tag.
I also have a ToyHouse, so feel free to credit me there when posting on ToyHouse.

✧ You may not sell, alter or use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes.

✧ I retain all copyrights over commissioned piece.

✧ You are allowed to use the artwork for private purposes (ex. print and frame it; use as your profile picture).

✧ I take payments in SC/GC and USD/EUR through Paypal only. EUR will be based on the USD price and converted accordingly.

✧ Paymest must be received before the commission is started. I will not progress further until I receive the payment.

✧ Refunds are not allowed after I've started your piece. To check for progress, you can visit the post below.

✧ The wait time varies from a YCH to a YCH, but it generally takes under 2 weeks to complete your order. If I need more time, I will let you know.

You must provide me with:

✧ Clear references/pictures of your character/pet along with basic character/pet information.

✧ Anything else I may need to know (ex. easily missed details).

✧ Make sure your references are clear to avoid misunderstanding and make it easier to draw.

Currency exchange:
1GC = $0.25 USD
1GC = 400SC

✧ Base price (For both) - 75GC

✧Many things are customisable.

✧ I will not add shading or paint a backround (solid colour/gradient is an exception).
✧ Canines or alike only. I will not be changing the species.
✧ The size of the wolves can be adjusted (keep in mind it may disrupt the original idea of the YCH).
✧ Expressions can be changed (I won't be adding very big changes such as opening the mouth wide). The ear position will not be changed.
✧ Minor edits (eye shape, cheek fluff, ear tufts, piercings & jewelry, collars and decors alike) are free of charge.
✧ Major edits (neck fluff, tail fluff, body fluff, big decors) come with a fee. I will let you know the total payment when you submit your order.
✧ Big decors that cover the wolf from head to tail will not be added as well as changes made to (almost) the entire lineart (unless you're willing to pay a big fee and not receive the without decor version).
✧ Very complex designs come with a fee.

✧ This YCH is suitable for two characters OR one individual character.

✧ This will be open indefinitely and I will take however many slots. It's first come first serve, so your YCH may take some time to be delivered.
✧ You will receive your line edits (if no changes are requested, then you will receive the finished piece) and will be asked for approval before I proceed to the colouring.

✧ This YCH can contain 3 flags in total (4 if you'd like the worn flag to have two included (one on the left, the other on the right))
✧ You can request any flag (pride, country etc.) that isn't inappropriate.

Please link the wanted flags so I know which one you exactly want, along with their names. Link any background you'd like. If you'd like the colours of the current one changed, state that under Background and link the flag/colours you'd like.
