I've been struggling to find event encounters in general, but battles especially. Others having the same problem makes me wonder. I'm hoping it just seems that way because it hasn't been long enough.

I have yet to encounter a single fightable merged enemy... Also considering my lead's gonna die soon, I don't really see the point in grinding so hard for nothing, just to regrind all the biomes for more nothing.

While last year this event was one of my favorites, this year has not lived up to the hype & it's only day 2.
While I've found some already this year the event encounters have been few & far between for me. Yesterday I used 6 energy bars in one go and got very few event encounters to show for it & I've been on almost all day today with the same problem. It's making what would've been a fun event into a burnout grind for me. 		Ironbeast

I've fought a couple of cryptids, but only the ones I'd already discovered. If you go back to the same area you'll see them ready to fight you.

@Celtic Ravens I'm pretty sure that they just don't show up often.
I just used a full energy bar in the tundra & got 3 event encounters. They were the rat stuck in ice & 2 staring at the clown encounters, and I have & I have 4 of the 6 that cryptids that can be found there. 		Ironbeast

I was here during the first Cataclysms, so I get how the encounters work. That's not the issue. Even in cataclysm areas, it feels like battles are uncommon.

No dice on my end, even after returning to the same areas. If anything, I'm just able to unlock cryptids and encounter the clown and ("swat") rat, a cave here and there but from what I remember last year there was much more frequency and activities to encounter.

Also issues with quest skipping not matching the sc it asks for...Hopefully once this is fixed we'll get a day or two extra to play the event and catch up.

Yea.. I'm having the same problem of very few encounters that I can battle. Seem very spread thin. I wasn't here last year so I just assumed that was how it was. But it's pretty difficult to complete the battle 3 merged cryptids when it takes me 5 energy bars to do so…
