[Accessibility] Ability to Disable Auto-Befriending in Settings

As someone who has a tremor, and who has friends with tremors or various different movement disorders, we have lost countless GC by accidentally auto-befriending NBWs in explore. (I'm mostly a mobile player so my fingers constantly slip due to my tremor) I know there's a confirmation pop-up, but it's still extremely easy for someone with a movement disorder to accidentally press yes on the pop-up, especially because the confirmation box pops up in a tricky spot that makes it really easy to accidentally tap yes.

I don't want to make life more difficult for everyone else who isn't disabled though, so my suggestion would be a toggle in the profile settings for auto-befriending, so that anyone who wants to disable auto-befriending can. Some people might say "just bury all your GC" as a solution, but as someone who is constantly snagging trades that pop up on the TC as quickly as I can, it's very important for me to have GC & SC on hand at all times.

I support! I get carpal tunnel among various other problems with my hands and I've done this too multiple times ( and then by the time I go to auto friend I find I've used up the gc I had on hand previously )

This among a few other accessibility settings should be implemented but I won't stand on my soap box here lol
