Shadow Marking Applicator doesn't include Wardrobe Shadow marking?

Hello! I noticed while looking for ways to stylize my stud, my Shadow Marking App doesn't have Rufous Shadow in the available colors for the marking application. I thought this was odd as Rufous Shadow is an available marking in the Wardrobe.
Is this on purpose or is it a bug? Thank you! ^^

That color is a combo color, achieved either by breeding wolves with certain markings and colors in the same slot together, or else by getting lucky with a random marking applicator.

So you won't be able to apply it directly with the shadow applicator but you could try breeding for it! The two marking colors that can produce rufous are red and dark brown, so if you applied shadow to your wolf in, say, dark brown and then bred them to wolves with compatible markings in red in the same slot, you'd have a chance at getting rufous in the pups.

The markings you could use and have a chance at rufous turning up as either shadow or that marking are:
Agouti
Back
Back Edge Patch
Butcher
Cover
Dorsal
Forehead
Ghast
Half Dorsal
Half Mask
Inverted Cross
Lupos
Mantle
Mask
Panda
Points
Sallander
Smoke
Smudge
Smudge Heavy
Undercoat
Unders
Wings
Wings Heavy
Wings Scarce
Wraith

Hope that helps and isn't just more confusing!
