sometimes we just dont wish to roll because we dont feel like dealing with our wolves. but we still want to interact with the community, look at news and generally keep up with the game even whilst we dont feel like touching our wolves im aware trade would be iffy, but we already have a system that only transfers wolves after a rollover to prevent abuse of that and being able to send stuff to friends in need without rolling would be nice |

This has been previously suggested in this suggestion thread (the opening post is about Chatter, but further comments also suggest messages, the wardrobe, etc) so we will go ahead and lock yours as a duplicate.
