Have you been exploring at night? The caves only appear on WD night time.

Caves only appear at night time on Wolvden. It's currently day time, you can see when time of day will change on the Cooldowns page.

You can see the encounters that can lead to the caves in this guide, but really the most important thing to keep in mind is it'll be encounters where the only option you can pick is Follow (and from there it sets off a chain of encounters).

Thank you! I didn't know it had specific encounters to lead to it too, I'm not sure how I never explored at WD nighttime since 		LostSilentSoul
