Of course! That'll be 40gc or 20,000sc; if you want since it's a larger amount you can pay half now and half when the art is complete.
Smaller orders I usually take up front, but this is on the larger side, so I'd understand such.
I'll get to work on it today, and should have it done between today and tomorrow morning. (Probably tonight, but I always give myself leeway in case something pops up)

I can't say I know who Arktos is, do you have a link/ref? 

I just saw your edited message, I see the ref now.
In total it would be 35gc or 17,500sc since it's not a wolvden wolf with decor, it'd the flat base rate for both.
