I will sum up some main rules here:
I. Applications for a commission are done through private DMs here on Wolvden
II. Payment is upfront, using Paypal only.
III. I retain the right to decline an application for any reason.
IV. I require a clean, coherent image of your character. I don't draw from written descriptions.
V. I do not work with deadlines. I'm a rather slow artist and I don't feel comfortable with the pressure of a deadline.
VI. The client reserves the right to privacy, any personal info PayPal may provide me with about the client, such as name or address, is completely confidential and I have no business with it.
VII. The client also has the right to anonymity and if I post the finished product on my socials, you may ask to be kept anonymous.
VIII. You may share your commission work anywhere you please, as long as you don't remove my watermark. If you wish to credit me, either link to one of my socials or just mention me by name (Rhov/Brickxl), but it isn't mandatory.
IX. You are not allowed to claim ownership as the author of the work, trace it or steal it. You also may not resell it, commercialize it, or profit in any way financially from my art. These are private commissions, if you're someone who wants to hire me, I have my public email listed in the google doc, contact me there for business inquiries.
X. Refunds can only be made as long as I haven't progressed past the sketch stage of your commission. I send a WIP of this sketch to all my clients before proceeding to the next stage of the commission, if you haven't received your WIP yet it means you still have time to ask for a refund. Please be responsible with your money, though. If you think you can't afford it, don't buy from me, art is only a luxury.

• pornographic content or fetishes
• human characters
• racist, homophobic, bigoted, or any discriminatory hateful content
• characters that do not belong to you (you can use someone else's character with their permission)
• custom characters/designs
• robots/mecha
• fanart of copyrighted characters (for example, D*sney, N*ntendo, etc. however you can have OCs from these universes)
