Currency Exchange in Grove

Just like in lioden. A currency exchange where people sell their GC for SC. I know there's an option in the trading center but lioden did it so well with its section in the oasis. It's extremely easy to navigate, see the current exchange rate, buy the cheapest offers and sell your own currency there. Why not add it here and make everyone's life easier? especially since the trading center doesn't allow players to sort by price (kinda weird since this seems like a basic thing to add in any website with features like that).

"The ability to put up one exchange in the feature and allow people to buy what amount they want from your exchange. Example: I put up 100GC in the exchange at 80SC each. Someone can now come and, from that single lot of GC, buy 10GC for 800SC and leave 90GC still in the exchange for other people to buy."

I've been saying that for a while! Like recently i needed some sc but i only had gc and the only way i could do that was through TC but it's honestly fustrating to do that. So full support!!

no support. while its quick, and easy, and hey, i wouldn't complain if it got added, people really just need to start accumulating sc, saving, trading, and spending it among other players instead of using gc for so many transactions. this was a huge issue during early access and while its DEFINITELY gotten better, its still very much present.

while its really hard to make in the early game, it's not impossible. also because there's so much gc on the site i can see it negatively impacting the worth of sc in return. sc is worth more on wolvden currently because it's the only way to make your den space larger, after all. remember, wolvdens economy is still pretty new and subject to shift a lot through its first year.

@dynne it's not really about making currency but trading it. Lioden has this same mechanic and it makes it really easy to trade currency when you need it. Players both in wd and ld need mostly the regular currency (SC or SB) but GC/GB are used as well for grove items, etc. Being able to trade it without a hassle would be really great imo (Btw, your avatar is awesome!)

@dynne Ahhh no, I meant player/player trading, my bad, it happens a lot asdfghjkl. I personally think lioden's currency exchange is one of the best one's out there, (considering how quick/easy it is) which is why I suggested it :D

I support a separation of currency exchanges and item/wolf exchanges into separate systems.  I like how Lioden has it where it can be listed both in the trading and in the Oasis (Grove counterpart) mostly because it's easier to sort through and find.  For example, when I'm looking to find GC for sale for SC, I can mostly just select "Currency" as an option, so I see the SC up for GC as well as the GC for SC.  But more frustrating is the ones selling wolves or items and including 1 SC or something just to get the trade to show up under the alternative searches, so I'm having to filter through those trades too, and you can't sort by price per item, so I can max my SC at 100, and only find GC 1 at a time, or I can put in 500 SC and get every trade under the sun when I'm trying to find one offering 5 to buy just one trade rather than several.  I think a trade system we currently use should be for things like trading currency for items - like putting up GC and asking for certain item/wolves to be offered - and not for straight currency exchanges that could be handled more efficiently on a separate system.  I've played a few other games where there is a separate currency exchange style market from the item/critter market, and I've always preferred to go straight to the currency exchange rather than go hunting through all manner of trade options when I'm just looking to make a quick swap.  I've even been avoiding buying GC from the market as it is now because it's too much of a hassle to sort through and takes too long.

I really miss this and hope it gets added eventually. Would solve at least a few complaints some people have about the TC

Support! People make these types of transactions on the trading center anyway so it should be made as easy as possible.
