currently, the pack resides in the Grasslands!

About

The Court of Spring Rose is not one, but rather two packs (and loners), here named "houses", under one same rule of the Court. It is unknown when it started to exist or why the wolves decide to be in its rule; the elderly of the pack talk about a Forest Goddess of endless eyes, heads and tails, who devoured the humans that walked before in this land and gave the power of protection to the Royals. This deity, however, has long since been forgotten among the young, who bashfully eat large and dance happily like there are no other worries, and the adults refuse to talk about or acknowledge it, almost afraid of its name. Peace rules in the court; however, the elderly growl, soon enough, when the Decay comes for them as well, they will all reap what they sowed…

Court structure

The Seer Chariot
before, had the role of communicating with the Deities, now simply prepares ceremonies and funerals
The Herbalist Dawn
in charge of medicines and herb foraging
The Elder
usually one of the eldest wolves in the pack, gives advice to the current ruler
The Stud Cainneach
merely a ceremonial role nowadays - just serves as a breeding male

  • Herbalist Fiontan has died of old age after a long life of service to the Court. Funeral services were arranged by Seer Chariot. She will be missed dearly, and will hopefully peacefully walk to "the other side".

  • Dawn, daughter of Phoenix, has been appointed as Court Herbalist after her coming of age.

  • We have moved to the Grasslands alongside the stream of dandelion seeds. His Majesty does not seem happy about this decision. Something about the summer sun?

  • The weird wolf has been showing around the pack's borders again. With him, says the Obsidian hunting den's leader, comes the maggots. What maggots, I asked? He did not answer…

  • It is courting season. Many of the female wolves are either expecting or already delivered. Oriane, Chippa, Ember and Patches were all very excited about their new puppies. Stud Cainneach has been making the rounds as of late.

  • Elder Eithne seems to be on her final days. Preparations are already being made.









Births


Her Majesty the Princess Singe, Herbalist Dawn, Ember, Patches, Oriane and Chippa all gave birth to beautiful, healthy pups!
