Need help with Custom Decor

To be clear I have made a custom decor before, but it was around 2 years ago and I have forgotten how to do this particular thing. I tried googling and looking at the tutorials provided by the site but they didn't clarify anything to me.

The custom decor is supposed to be 92x92 pixels when submitting it via Custom Decor creation, but if I change the image to that via Photoshop (i draw on Photoshop) it becomes extremely pixelated. I drew the decor on the provided 640x500 base file, and it obviously looks completely normal there, but how am I supposed to size it down without it becoming a mess?

The site provided tutorial confuses me even more, because there on step 7 it says "640x400!!!! always" but then on step 9 you're supposed to make it 92x92. Step 9 also seems to imply that this 92x92 image is just the thumbnail of the custom decor that can be seen in the hoard... but the only requested link in Custom Decor creator is the one for this 92x92 image, which would be the thumbnail of the item, right? If so, how do I submit the actual decor and not just the thumbnail image? 		Senskiz

The Item Image URL in Custom Decor Creation is the thumbnail of the custom decor that require 92x92 and the actual decor image should be added from Custom Decor Type part. When you choose Universal/Stage Specific part, there should be a place for image link under this section.
