When did Wolf Meat & Wolf Scrotum become a thing?

I'm not a very active player but when I logged in today I noticed a couple new items that were never in the game before: Wolf Meat and Wolf Scrotum/Balls.

When did they come out and how do you get them? Are the event items only or battle items?

And also since there are new mutation items I need to know, are there any stat items?

Nope no stat item that I'm aware of, as for the Wolf meat, Wolf scrotum and Wolf blood it's in the event shop for October stage 3 if I remember correctly 		AntoineDythe
