This is a minor suggestion, but it would help I think. I often forget to check if my herbalist has regenerated the minimum 20% energy required to forage, and instead all of a sudden I get notified it's at 100% energy, and I could have been getting much needed herbs in the meantime. And the same goes for scouting new areas, you just need 60% energy but only get notified at 100%, so could have been scouting sooner. I know rescouting requires full energy though, so after everywhere has been discovered the notification for 60% would no longer be necessary. And keeping the 100% notification for the herbalist is good because that's when you have enough to make another medicine, if that's what you're waiting for. I'm not entirely sure what sort of coding would be required just to send out 2 additional notifications, but I assume it wouldn't be difficult? Thanks :) |

Definitely would like to know when the herbalist has enough to forage, and in a similar vein, to know if a hunting party has at least 20% each (that may be more difficult to code though? since its the whole party and sometimes wolves do more than one role?) The only thing about the scouting is that I think different biomes require different amounts of energy. It takes 60% to discover and 100% to rescout, and then I think continuing to scout (when you've discovered the place but cant go exploring there yet) varies by biome. I am currently working on the taiga and the swamp and my scout regularly cant go scout the swamp because their energy is too low, but they can go scout the taiga. And it isn't about his stats, because he can scout the swamp if he is at 100%. I still like the idea, but I imagine that would mean it would be trickier to code. |
