Posted 2024-03-17 10:42:07 (edited) #1176436 I often see chatter about how difficult it is to level Herbalists to 20 without the use of "sickness farming", but I actually fumbled into it with my first real Herbalist Vitaya with absolutely zero sickness farming, so I wanted to actually track my process with my new Herbalist, Lichen! This thread will be tracking all of his experience gained through each level. The biggest thing I noticed with Vitaya was that the experience gained scaled of course to the actual level she was, with level 19-20 having her gaining ~4-6% EXP a rollover. The main thing to be keeping in mind is that I of course will not be using any sickness farming methods. I find them very wasteful with medicine for very minimal EXP gain in return. _{Not to mention a lil mean. Yea they're pixel wolves, there's no actual harm in it and I won't yuck people's yum if they're doing it, but I won't be.} My primary method is simply spending as much energy through the day foraging as possible, making sure to have energy fully regained before bed, and then sending him off to make all five medicines while I sleep. Next rollover he should be back at full energy to repeat the process, and as an added bonus if I remember to nab snake quests first thing, I can knock out any pesky "craft four medicine!" quests right off the bat While I ask no one to post here just to keep things organized, if anyone has any questions or are curious about anything, please feel free to DM me! Day one, Levels 1-3

Lichen is going to be starting his journey learning back up the couple recipes that didn't carry over in the changeover, and then by making one last medicine for the darn Mouse because I didn't think to send Vitaya making anything last night with the changeover today.... I was just lucky the Snake didn't decide to be obnoxious too.
