Biome: Swamp Decors: N/A Age When Arrived: 1 year11/2 months Age When Departed: Role: Hunter Lore: Grizzly, sick with a cough and hungry travels back home to Amber Swamp as the pack he was staying in doesn't have enough food and medicine fo everyone. He's suprised everything changed when he got back. One of his childhood friends, Jay is now officially the pack's herbalist and Grove have retired. His other best friend and crush, Cinder is grown and now the stalker for Priarie Runners. His family and friends greets him with open paws, his mother fussing over him and worried about his cough. She ordered him to get to the Quarantine Cave immediately. Jay led him to a den dug out behind the Herbalist's Cave and ordered him to lay down. She put her ears to his chest and comfimed the diagnoses. Grizzly was impressed by the new herbalist's skills Grove had trained her well. She gave him the cough medicine and advice him to stay in the den for a few days in case the cough comes back. As she walked off, a new face appeared. His heart skips a beat as he met with Cinder's gaze. He always find the silvery male wolf beautiful. He dropped a large chunk of meat and his stomach growled for the food. He thank Cinder and devour the meat. They chat for a bit and eventually he knew he have to leave again soon. His yearn for adventure is calling him, no matter how much it hurts to leave him behind. Cinder looked at him knowingly. "I know. I feel the same way. But there's no way we can be together, " he said solemnly, "you have to travel and I have to stay here." Grizzly stared at his crush longingly. "It doesn't have to be this way. You can travel together with me. Just think; you and me traveling the world together with nothing in our way..." He stopped when he saw the look in his eyes. "We both know that can't happen," Cinder interjects, " I have family here and a role to fulfill, you have your mission. It won't make me happy and stay here won't make you happy." He laid down next to him and laid his chin on the chestnut wolf's head. "I love you, Grizzly and I always will. But it's not our destiny to be with each other. "Maybe in another life, we will be together." He added softly, his voice smooth like honey. Grizzly can listen to it for hours. He buried his face into Cinder's soft fur, trying not to cry. "I love you too, Cinder." Grizzly whispered, taking in his beloved's warmth. "Can you stay with me?" He asked, staring at Cinder's warm orange eyes. "Just until it's time for me to go." Cinder's eyes softened. "Of course." |
