Β During an adventure Gaveyar's took indepedently, he came across an adolescence wolf staring off into the horizon over the body of ocean water. He thought nothing of it at first, even intending to ignore the wolf at first. But... something interested him about the odd wolf. As he approached, Gaveyar noticed the pups eyes clouded heavily over. The wolf, he was blind. It's paws and legs looked unusual, a mutation he had never seen before? Before another step could be taken, the adolescence spoke.
"It's a beautiful day, isn't it?" The wolf asked Gaveyar, completely still, except the parting of his lips to speak.
It must have been a coincidence, Gaveyar turned and left without a word. He has witnessed many unexplainable things during his long life, this was not one of those.
The idea of the wolf was quickly forgotten out of his mind. That is until there was a total eclipse during another one of Gaveyar's adventures, probably his last from his growing old age. Once again, his path with the other wolf reoccurred. The wolf was staring off at the water, this time, at water endlessly pouring into a giant crater. He thought the sound of the falls and salty air would mask his presence, but he just knew, the wolf was aware of him even showing no signs of responding to him approaching. This time, Gaveyar took a seat next to the wolf, noticing he has fully grown up. Blue spotted markings where over the white furred mutation. The wolfs clouded eyes now looked just as the total eclipse in the sky.
This wolf was unusual in every way, how motionless he sat, how silent he was, even as the wind blew, his fur would not move. Almost as if, he was in his own world. He never blinked, never stopped staring at the water. You would think he was never there, easily mistaken for something else, such as a statue or a pile of clouded rocks. Perfectly motionless, his very being entranced.
"It's a beautiful day, isn't it?" Gaveyar asked
"Indeed, it is."
Gaveyar eventually managed to bring the wolf back to his pack, he was very handsome and attracted plenty of potential mates. However, he never seemed overly interested. His words where few, often with pauses between them. Gaveyar taut him what he would need to be the next Alpha. Gave the wolf a name to represent the pack, Hell Heart. Taking the first part of the packs name while being the heart of the pack. He did a great job, but would always be lost in thought. He was strong, he was capable, growing to be the strong silent type. Maneuvering through the pack unnoticed at times. You could find him always staring off into the horizon. He had this unexplainable energy about him. Whenever a pack member came with a question, they would wait patiently for a response. Hell Heart never needs to say much, often, nothing at all. Often while waiting for his response, a strange but comforting feeling would wash over the wolf. As they waited on Hell Heart, the answer to their worries or concerns just came to them. As if realizing the answer yourself.
A wolf of few words, but always has an answer. A mystery that you would wonder if should be solved. His natural ability to bring peace around him, the calming and harmonious energy radiating off of him. No one recalls ever seeing him blink, or ever seeing him sleep. Was he even a wolf? Hell Heart just was and is. |
