Chapter 1: Dangerous Footing

    As Water Lily, the healer of the BloodNight Pack, was walking by the border between her home pack and another pack known as the Taì yìn Pack, a pack that lives in the great wide open prairie. The Taì yìn Pack is much larger than the BloodNight Pack, she had her pouch filled with different herbs when she noticed a bright reddish wolf nearby. The reddish wolf had large dark wings, having a similar shape to raven wings, Water Lily, curious, slowly started to walk towards the strange wolf. If only she walked away.... The wolf noticed her and told the healer that his name was Akuma, he was a scout of his pack.

    He sure was charming, after one discussion Akuma stole her heart. She started to meet up with him in secret, both hiding the secret from their packs. She enjoyed talking to him, cuddling up to him, just spending time with him warmed her heart unlike any males from her pack. Oh what a fool this young healer was though.....

Chapter 2: Mistake

    Oh Selene, what has she done? She mated with Akuma, now she is pregnant, what will her pack think? The BloodNight Pack may be kind and accepting, but, healers was important for the pack. It's why most healers that were in the pack rarely had kin, not only is the healer important for the health of the pack, they are how the pack connects to the Otherside. More importantly, they surely would be mad that she mated with a wolf from a different pack. It gets worse then this.... She has to tell Akuma, after all, she is having his kin.

    Akuma, he didn't seem that thrilled, sure he acted happy to have kin but she could tell something was off. As they spoke and met through Water Lily's pregnancy he started to grow distant, like he only stayed due to her having his kin. She just wanted that spark again.... Thankfully, she has been able to hide her pregnancy by hiding in the healer den most of the time, she and Akuma have decided to plan that on the month when her pups are due, she would give birth to them away from the pack. Then return to the pack with them, saying she found them alone, it wouldn't be new, healers have found abandoned pups before.

Chapter 3: Pups from the Cursed Father

    The plan worked, thankfully. She gave birth to 4 beautiful pups, 2 boys and 2 girls. The boys were twins, one had a slightly darker coat then the other, along with both of them having different eye colors. She named the 2 boys 霧 Kiri and 靄 Moya, the 2 girls however had darker toned coats. She named the 2 females 神話 Shinwa and ボレアリス Borearisu. However, when she returned, saying the pups were abandoned, Eclipse, the beta of the pack, knew better.

    Eclipse told Water Lily how disappointed she was, but was supportive of her decision. Eclipse worried for her however, she knew well those pups were cursed, I mean 野生 Yasei lord knew just as well, Eclipse hoped 月Tsuki forgived Water Lily. As the months passed, Water Lily snuck away with her pups to see their father, Akuma. Recently, they have been fighting, as Akuma has started to neglect her.

Chapter 4: Permanent Scars

    This time Water Lily came to meet Akuma alone, she didn't want her pups to see their parents fighting. As she meets her mate in the field, she spoke of how she was tired of him treating her badly, neglecting her and letting her raise THEIR pups on her own. She could hear his growl as he argued with the small female. When she finally yelled at him for the first time since they have been together, blood was spilled.

    All there was, was silence, Water Lily was on the ground, blood spilling from her side and face. She slowly sat up, revealing the damage Akuma had done, deep claw wounds on her side, revealing her muscle as her blood stained her lilac coat. When her face was visible, blood spilled from her face, staining her cheek as blood rivered from her now missing right eye. Water Lily gasped and breathed heavily, panicking as her vision got blurry. Her eyes filled with blood and tears as she looked at Akuma.

    All there was on his face was a smirk, he trotted over to the small healer as he put his dark claws to her tender neck. He threatened to kill her, to mutilate her body if she didn't cooperate. Akuma spoke of how he could easily manipulate the pups to come with him, they were cursed after all, now even Water Lily was, as he marked her. Akuma told her to NEVER return to him, he never wanted to see her pathetic face again. As soon as he pulled his claws away, she ran. As she ran back to the mountains, Akuma's eyes glowed with a evil grin on his face.

Chapter 5: Escape but Regret

    It's been months, she has refused to leave the mountains, let alone go near the prairie. Only death awaited her there. This was the punishment 月Tsuki gave her, fear, the fear of death, of Akuma, of her pups becoming like him. She told her pups they should never see their father again, but a couple chose to see him, it was out of her control now. As she looks in any reflection, she will be reminded of her mistakes and regrets....

🔥Chapter 1: Pup of Fire🔥

I have never fit in, Incubus thought as she stayed nearby a creek, the area she was told to stay at by the alpha of her pack, her father. Deep in the Deciduous Forest, lied Darkness, a pack that is said to be full of dark lunar magic. The wolves of that pack said to hold so much magic, that flames of a blue hue would release. However, Incubus was the opposite, her flames shined a bright red hue, almost as bright as the sun. Which was odd for the pack since the area the pack lives in is shrouded in shadows.

While Incubus was born from Darkness, her packmates has always considered her a curse from the Lunar Magic. Her fire roars, while not a hazard to her, it can be a hazard for her pack and the forest they live in. So she was forced to stay by the creek to not set fire to the forest. She hated feeling so outcasted, so disgraceful, always being treated like a threat. She ponders just leaving the pack, to go out on her own and start a new life. But it makes her wonder, if she can control her flames enough to not set the world around ablaze.

As Incubus explored the creek, following edge to explore more of the Darkness' territory, she finds the edge of the Deciduous Forest. She was surprised to find the edge of the forest, since the pack members have always spoke about how the forest goes on for miles. Was the territory close to the edge originally? Through the trees, she can see the rolling hills of the grasslands, and far beyond that, tall, snowy mountains. Knowing there was so much to explore, and how isolated she was to her own pack, she truly thought again about leaving. She took a few steps away from the creek, her fiery paws touching the wet grass from the recent rain. But nothing was set ablaze, she took more steps, and more, but get nothing was set fire. Has her pack been lying to her this whole time? She then gently puts one paw to a leaf and thought about setting the leaf on fire, as she thought of it, the leaf quickly was set on fire and turned to ash. She CAN control her flames! She smirked and she looked at the grasslands and trotted into the biome, her trot slowly turning to a sprint. She was finally free.

🔥Chapter 2: Faelcu?!🔥

6 months have passed since then, and Incubus was traveling through the grasslands and into the mountains. The chill of the mountain wind and snow never bothered her due to her eternal flame. Though, she never over heated, which must of been part of her fire. She trotted through the pine forest, the full moon high in the sky, with only the moonlight and her firelight to brighten up the area. Over the time she has been exploring, she has taught herself how to hunt, usually hunting whatever critters she could find. Most she would catch were fish, voles, mice, and rabbit, though on occasion she could catch a bird like a quail. She finds a creek with fish swimming through, she aims and holds her breathe before she breathes fire into the creek. The water boiling as the fire contacted it, a fish was pushed out of the water, it's body slapping and flailing on the soft dirt. Incubus swiftly bites the fish, cooking it right in her mouth with her flames.

Incubus was in a empty cave she has found, eating the fish as she was relaxing, taking in the scenery from the entrance. She takes another bite from the scaley meat when she notices a figure in the darkness, glowing green eyes staring right back at her. She sat up, "Hello?" She called out, no answer. The figure then went deeper into the mountains and curiosity got the best of her. She follows, following the footprints that have been left behind, her tail up in the air confidently. The footprints lead her to another cave, the stones surrounding that cave having swirl like carvings on them.

A hyena like laugh escapes from the cave as glowing white orbs appear from the darkness. "Well well, a wolf with a flaming heart." speaks the creature with a strange voice. A creature only heard from folktales slowly exits the cave, it's many tails swaying and swirling behind them. A Faelcu, she recognizes it from anywhere, the skeleton like body, multiple tails, the skin a dark green teal like hue. The monster known to take wolves and bring them to the Realm of Faelcu. Incubus was frozen in fear, not once has she thought they were real. "What's the matter? Never seen a Faelcu before?" The creature spoke as it started to circle her, the tails grazing over the flaming wolf. The Faelcu, clearly unbothered by the heat spoke, "Relax wolf, I ain't gonna take you. You're a bit too fiery for me."

Incubus took a few steps back, shivering in fear. Just as she was about to run, a purple goo suddenly got flung into the faelcu. The Faelcu hissed and howled in pain, quickly turning and disappearing back into the cavern. She turned and saw a grey and beige wolf with large white blotches all over. A blue cape covered the female's back with a leather pouch hanging from the stranger's neck. "You alright? That Faelcu almost had ya." The stranger spoke, her voice filled with sugar and honey, the wolf gently nudged Incubus away from the faelcu's cave. She learned that the stranger's name was Snowfall, the healer of a pack nearby called the BloodNight Pack. As they walked through the mountains, Snowfall explained that her pack was full of wolves deemed strange, or unusual, along with stories of some of the pack's past. Incubus was intrigued, she never thought about joining a pack after she left her home pack. She was curious though if she really would fit in with the BloodNight Pack. After meeting the current alpha of the pack, Lilith, she happily joined the pack. Even meeting a wonderful male named Azar, a scout. She now happily helps hunt for the pups of the pack and is even expecting her first litter. Who knew that the pack she truly belonged in was only a couple biomes away.
