Befriend any wolves in exploring

Hey I just returned to this game and I'm not sure if I remember how to befriend wild wolves in exploring or if it's a bug??

I have clicked on multiple actions but I always fail, could anyone help me, that would be super helpful

Every wolf that you find has a personality, and this personality is revealed after you take your first action. Based on their personality, different actions can gain friendship or lose friendship. Each green friendship arrow = 10% chance of befriending them.

Here's a table with all the actions and how they affect befriending.
