As they are interactive, they can be bred, have decor equipped, or explore. There are over 20 markings and 5 mutations available at the moment (21 and 6 last time I counted), though more are coming out every day and the markings come in all colors. Purchasing Kaatts Purchasing a kaatt gives you 1 cat with a random-colored base and eyes and 0-5 random-colored markings. The art will be sent to you and I will make a new thread that says (your username and user id)'s Kaatts, which is where your kaatt's profiles will be. Kaatt Profiles Kaatt profiles include the kaatt's id, name, image, sex, and genes. This is what a kaatt profile would look like: ID: (Kaatt id here) Image: (image here) Sex: (male or female) Genes: base: (base genes here) eyes: (eye genes here) nose: (nose genes here) Markings: (marking name followed by color genes, markings separated by commas) Carried mutations: (carried mutations here) Shown mutations: (shown mutations here) Equipped items: (equipped items, excluding decor, here) Equipped decor: (equipped decor here) Breeding A male and a female can breed together. Exploring You can explore with a kaatt that is not pregnant, less than 10 hours old, or on an explore cool down. Saying you want to explore one particular spot will send your kaatt into a one-hour explore cool down and allows you to retrieve items and/or more katts. The possible items depend on the space you are exploring. You are most likely to get an item from the space you are exploring, but you may get items of a touching territory. Ownership If you purchase a kaatt, it gives you permission to use it wherever you want, as long as you credit me and provide a link to this thread. You may trade it for other kaatts, although you must message me first so I can change it on the ownership threads. Kaatt Shop
Tier 1: 1 randomized Kaatt with 0-5 markings and 0.1% chance of carried mutation- 100 SC
Tier 2: 1 randomized cat with 0-7 markings and 0.5% of carried mutation- 125 SC
Tier 3: 1 randomized cat with 0-10 markings and 1% chance of carried mutation- 150 SC
Tier 4: 1 randomized cat with 0-5 markings and 5% chance of carried mutation- 200 SC
Tier 5: 1 randomized cat with 0-10 markings and 5% chance of carried mutation- 225 SC
+5 if you want to choose the eye or base color
+10 if you want to choose the first marking (15 SC for each following chosen marking)(overrides the random number of markings if the number of chosen markings exceeds it)
+50 SC if you want to choose the sex

Exploring
Here is a map of the kaatt territories:

As you can see, the grid is labeled with letters. To explore, you just say the square you want to explore, such as A1 for the top-right corner. All Kaatts over the age of 10 hours can explore.
Possible questions
What if a square is more than one color?
It counts as the one it is mostly covered in.
Prices
The base price is 25 SC. Add 1 SC for each touching square that is the same color as the chosen square. Add 5 SC for each touching square that is not the same color as the chosen square.

Breeding
1 male and 1 female can breed per breeding. All kaatts are eligible for breeding unless (a) they are pregnant, or (b) they are exploring. Relatives cannot breed. Kaatts stay pregnant for about 24 hours, although it may be longer depending on how many kits there are. Breedings result in 0-10 kits, but 1-3 kits is most common, and 10 kits is very rare.

How do I know if 2 kaatts are related?
Their genealogy will be listed on the Genealogy Thread (not created yet)
What do the genes mean?
It is the color. r= red b= blue g= green B= black w= white

yup! an event! this one is to celebrate the new Wolvden event, and I thought making limited-time springtime-howl-fayre-event-based decor would be fun. I haven't finished all the decor yet, but the event will be open soon
