Chat Emotes in Chatter

Hey dev friends!

I would like to ~express myself~ in chatter with the same emotes that can be used in chat and PMs! For instance, if I type ":lol:" in chat or in a PM, an emote will replace that text when the message is sent. I'd just like the same thing to happen in the forums.

I hope this would be a relatively minor coding change, as the emotes already exist and have been implemented in PMs, which appear to have a similar text editor/system to the forums.

Totally low priority, but it would be nice! Thanks!

I was JUST thinking this, though I'd also like them added for subject titles too! Support!
