Illnesses like heat stroke and poisoning say that they will lead to eventual death. Will the wolf actually die if you don't give it medicine in time? I treated heatstroke in time, but my alpha wolf is poisoned and I don't think the medicine will be ready before the rollover.	Kenzie #24280

It will lead to death. I'm not sure how long it takes for your wolf to die from it but they definitely will die.

lead wolves cannot die from illnesses, same with breeding males, so you don't have to worry. neither of those illnesses are contagious, so it won't spread. your lead wolf will probably lose HP on RO until they are treated though.
