So I have 2 wolves that are my Scouts. One is a level 13 female, elder and the other is a level 11 female, adult. Am I doing something wrong? All my other wolves are leveling fine. 		Mustangs4life

Scouts are usually the fastest to level up, but you have to send them out often as well. They'll start taking longer to level up once they get to double digits, but you can always check their exp percentage by clicking on the green bar below their level. They might also need to be send to a higher difficulty biome like Glacier or Rainforest to get more exp

The game said that the level 13 one is too low in stats? She's founded most of them but Glacier for now. 		Mustangs4life

You need her Wisdom to be at 101 to scout the Glacier. For the Rainforest shell need 101 in Strength.
Most players make Strength and wisdom the 2 priorities for scouts as you'll need over 100 stats in each to be able to scout the highest difficulty biomes
