Yes! That is the thing I forgot to add to the first post I made. There will be one and the cats will be aloud to enter Clan territory and request to join and such.

Yes, I saw that as well. It's honestly hilarious!! Weird thing is that my ShadowClan Leader has green / blue heterochromia I believe... By the way, I will add my Leaders to the Allegiances but I need to do that on my computer.
I also had the idea of having an overseer for the Cats Outside of Clans section. HE WON'T HAVE HETEROCHROMIA LOL! I'll be sure to do that later today as well.

Edit: Nope, changed my mind, he HAS to have heterochromia in memory of this...
