With html, you should be able to just paste it in. With css, I'm not sure, since it's a file.

All html should work the same, provided it's done correctly. It's a programming language, so you need to learn it yourself.

For html, most of it should work, and there are a lot of threads that offer info on how to do the code yourself. If you're specifically asking about html because you want to make one of the boxes you see on some profiles(or something similar), you would need a CSS component to that as well! That's because the html dictates what to do while CSS dictates how it looks/is carried out. If you need any help just shoot me a dm, I've started getting into css and html a little and run my own thread :)
