what do you do with your adoptables?

hiii. just like the title says - what do you do with 'em? use them for roleplay purposes? hang them up for all to see? collect them? keep them in a folder on your PC that just collects pixel dust for you? 

i see a lot of really cute adopts and designs on this site, but I always wonder, "well, I could buy it, but then what the heck would I do with it?" so i'd love to hear what people use them for!

i like to use my adoptables (that i buy) so that I can make examples of my art across differing species and designs.  At times, they do end up evolving into personal characters, however, most of the time they get pushed to the backboard until I have time to flesh them out as actual characters.

i normally just draw them, very rarely come up with anything like a story except for like one- but a lot of times adopts i get are part of a species so i enjoy mostly the lore aspect 

Hoard 'em, make OCs out of 'em, RP with 'em. Though I end up hoarding them more than I do making characters and Roleplaying with them, heh.
