How exactly does breeding with other peoples horses work
(and who has some stallions and/or mares that may be available? Preferably natural colors )

i think its like, u can use other peoples studs or mares if they are okay with it? and u can check other peoples horses here

the last part was directed at people, since I don't wanna annoy anone who isn't interested, with the former I eman like... is there a stud/broodmare fee I'd pay to that player (set by them?), or  would they get nothing for their trouble and having their horse on a cooldown (if there is a cooldown?)

i think theres only cooldowns for females and not for the males!

but i don't think there's a fee, most of us aren't putting stud/broodmare fees the only fee u have to pay is if u use the public stud by meri!

also i have a natural looking mare if you want to breed to her?

I have a natural male that will be up for stud in two weeks, but I can add him to my hoard and make him available now if you want a breeding with him?
As for stud fees, I charge 1000sc or 2gc for the public stud, 800sc for breedings between anyone else's horse.
Only females have a breeding cooldown, I'll say non-stud males have 5 slots a week to make it more balanced
