Storm looked slightly saddened by that but only for a moment as she simply nodded "ok then,see you later" she said re folding her wings again and then she turned and started walking away towards her hidden prey.

He noticed her become slightly dejected, maybe it was okay to be a bit clinging. He rushed forward to pad next to her, "I'll go with you! I mean I've also got the fish to take back. I'm sure the elk will be fine to sit there for the short time it would take us to get the small stuff back to camp. And then...we can bring the Elk back together." His tail wagged slightly behind him, at the hope that Storm wanted his company.

storms tail wagged "perfect! come on then" she said her mood swapping instantly and started moving faster happy he chose to come."oooooo i could totally snag a bird!" she said watching the trees excited to try something she hadnt before and wondering how to actually grab it before it flew away since she wasnt able to fully fly very well due to not practicing.

"Oh? So I'd get to watch you fly? That would be awesome! Just don't hurt yourself, okay?" He turned to glance at the fish he'd sat down earlier. Collecting the tails in his mouth again before sitting a waiting. He was excited about watching Storm fly. He often watched birds fly and it made him wonder what it was like to feel the winds rushing through their feathers. Did it feel the same way for Storm?

storm ducked her head slightly "uh yeah sorta" she said watching the trees again she really wished she had practiced more but she rarely had time these days though surely she could find some time right? she really wished she knew how it felt to fly birds made it look both beautiful and easy surely she could do it to right?

She seemed uncertain and he frowned, mentally slapping himself. He had to remember it hadn't been super long since the others had even gained these powers. He sat the fish back down, "Uh...would it be better if I didn't watch you? I'd hate to make you feel nervous about flying in front of someone."

storm shrugged "meh i should of started practicing when i got them and yet here i am with barely any way to be useful" she sighed shaking her head at herself."i can jump higher with them yes but ive never actually flown" she said a tint of wistfulness in her voice.

(bro what if she save someones life by leaping off a cliff with them and then she flys? DRAMA and damn if she was human id sat hot XD)

"As someone who wasn't graced with powers I can only imagine how hard it's been for you to even adjust to it. I mean others just gained some powers, but your body changed. So it has to be even more difficult for you. As for actually flying, I don't see a reason to rush it. I'd say treat it like your training as a warrior, one step at a time. Or would it be one leap?" He said with a small chuckle.

storm smiled at him "yea a- leap" as she said leap she jumped up and flapped her wings sending her up higher than almost any wolf could go and then dropped using her wings to slow her small fall and then flapped them one more time very dramatically."that went far better than planned" she chuckled shed been expecting shed manage to mess that up horribly.

He watched in awe as she leaped into the air, her wings carrying her high. He worried about her landing, but it seemed he didn't need to worry as she landed fairly gracefully. "That was awesome! If you keep that sort of take-off and landing, I'm sure you'll be flying in no time." His tail wagged in excitement, "Once you get it down you'll have to tell me how it felt. Though I have to ask, is it as fun as it looks?"
