Eva nodded, now feeling even more sure of her decision to turn her back on her brother just as he'd done to her. It was a worry of the past, and she had her pack to tend to, just like Ace had said earlier this morning. She gave them a small grin, her tail wagging. "Yes, and I am looking forward to something better. It's come to my attention I don't need to look for approval in others, but what I see in myself and do."

Ace chuckled, "About time you silly girl." Another yawn took hold, "Now if you all will pardon me. Sleep is calling my name, I don't care if it's still early evening. Rest is calling my name. Raven, it's been a pleasure chatting with you. Ranger. I'm sure you'll settle in just fine. Eva, I'm glad you are stepping out of your shell, just don't get too carried away. Storm, though you and I both know you are one of the strongest wolves in our pack, rest is never for the weak. Its for the strong." He said with a small wink before standing up to limp towards his den.

Eva stretched out her muscles, "I guess he is right, I can't get too ahead of myself. Not sure about being amazing or anything, but it is certainly a start!" She said with a small laugh.

Ace slowly made his way to his den, to rest inside it. Not only was night rolling it, but it was bringing some chilly winds. He couldn't stand the fact that winter was closing in.

He shook his head, "I'm not super mad, just irritated since Echo is so young. Despite how heartless Falco can seem, I know if something happened to the pup on his watch, it'd eat at him. Not to mention, it would tear up Vera. I told them to put a halt on training her. That's all." He said as he padded beside her. He paused for a moment, "Wait..." Vera's scent hit him and he glanced toward some large rocks and bushes.
