"I'm not fully sure where she is right now. Hopefully, on her way back." He watched her for a moment longer, "Do you have powers like the others?" His curiosity was getting the better of him. His tail swished against the ground behind him. First another winged wolf and now one...that talked to things he couldn't see. Or maybe she was just one edge and he was thinking too much.

Eva chuckled slightly as the two of them bantered lightly before Ranger came back over. "Are all injured wolves opposed to rest? A Healer says rest, so you want to do the opposite? Ranger, when was the last time you actually got a decent sleep? I mean, not saying that surrounded by a bunch of random wolves, you'll rest well. But the herbs in the healer's den should help. Besides, why would I, as a healer, send someone injured to do my job? Makes me seem like I'm being lazy. And if Nimue gets back, she may already have some more moss stored away on her. If she didn't use it all on Lilith." Her tail wagged slowly, "Though I do appreciate the sentiment."

"Go on, Nimue, I've held you up long enough. I'll be careful." Her eyes roamed over the camp, noticing Raven was still there along with a few other wolves she didn't recognize, one was closer than the other. "I will be sure to rest after I've greeted the strangers within our midst." Her tail swished behind her as her eyes settled on the male near Eva. Eva seemed rather amused, and she was in the midst of the other wolves talking. It warmed her to see Eva talking with them, even if she was merely scolding them for moving about while injured. She was sure she'd get an earful from Eva as well for not going to rest immediately.

Vera flinched but felt irritated all at once, "I don't know her exact location, but I do know she won't get lost. Echo may be a pup, but she isn't young and stupid like some of them. I agreed to let her and River start some training because she feels like if she doesn't, she'll be a burden to the pack! I tried telling her she wasn't, but there was a lot weighing on her mind. I don't think you understand how hard it's been for Echo, with everything!" The grass under Vera's paws seemed to start rising ever so slowly at the swell of Vera's emotions. "Besides, if you hadn't returned due to the idea of testing something with the Turned were we supposed to just sit here and rot away!" Vera's maw dropped open at her own words. Her ears and tail quickly tucking down as low as they possibly could. "S-sorry...I...that..." The grass that had been growing up almost instantly receded back to its normal length. She lost herself to her emotions; she was worried already and now her powers had just shown themselves when she'd been doing her darndest to keep them hidden. Echo was 7 months old she should have been out hunting already or learning something from the others. But thanks to the Turned it was more dangerous, however, if they let that get in the way of training pups, then there would be lacking wolves taking over the packs when they were gone!

Zaver was just as shocked by Vera's words; he knew their plan had been spur-of-the-moment and stupid. But out of all the wolves to snap, he hadn't thought Vera would be one of them. "Vera...you..." Zaver frowned at the female before glancing at Eliza.

He'd picked up the doe and started walking once again, but he froze when he heard Vera's voice shout something. He was still a bit too far to know what she'd said, but he knew her voice. He shrugged it off as the pup having done something she shouldn't have and continued on. Only to so come across Vera, Eliza, and Zaver. Had Vera just shouted at the Alpha? The doe dropped from his mouth, "Crap..." He muttered before giving them a sheepish grin, "Uh...you..continue...I'll just be getting this back to the others..."

Echo's body pressed against the ground as she moved, her ears pressed flat against her head as she fought off the urge to wag her tail. She felt like she was doing a good job so far. She listened for any sort of movement that River might give away but heard none. It made her pause, was River there or was it just a lot of her scent? She held her breath as she moved close, before pouncing out into an opening, but River was nowhere in sight. Her ears and tail dropped, she thought she had the female. She shook it off, "I still have her scent, it'll be her next time!"

Eva's tail began to wag when she saw Nimue, and then her eyes landed on Lilith, "Speak of her and she shall arrive." Eva said moving to the side as Raven and Storm began to play slightly. "Alpha! I'm glad to see you back in one piece."

She let out a small sigh, her head tilting curiously at how well Raven and Storm seemed to be getting along. She headed for them, stopping before Eva, "Yes, glad to be back." Her eyes turned to the male with wings much different than Storms and Raven's. She noticed Eva open her mouth but held up a paw, "Before you start ranting at me, let me know who the strangers are in my pack. And no I do not mean you, Raven. Though I didn't expect to see Storm so friendly with a stranger." Eva closed her mouth, before stepping to the side, to let Ranger introduce himself.

Eva glanced at Ranger; he'd been speaking rather normally before, was it the fact that he was facing their alpha now? It made her giggle a bit, Lilith was certainly intimidating when she wanted to be. And right now, covered in remnants of blood and smelling heavily of it with her wounds patched up but still standing tall- it was truly a sight to behold. Not all wolves would be able to manage such._{(Also yes it's fine, he'd have heard someone call her that if they didn't introduce themselves...but I think they did I think)}

Her yellow eyes narrowed in on the male as he stuttered on. Speaking of how he'd heard about the powered pack and hoped to join. She took in his words, "Nice to meet you, Ranger, my name is Lilith. We are in need of more hunters. But before I accept you, you'll have to prove your hunting abilities. One of our current hunters is injured and I would rather he not go hunting alone. I was planning to help out, but as you can see...well, I dumbly forgot I had powers while helping a few others face off with a Turned and now I'm paying for that. Your task will be simple. Tomorrow, you and Diego, my other hunter, will go out. This will not be about quantity or quality but skill. I want you both to come back with something good and without any injuries if possible. I'll be tolerant of normal little scrapes, I can see your one wing is injured and with Deigo's injury, the hunt will rely heavily on you. Diego will report to me how you did. This will also be a test to see if you two are good at hunting together. If not then I'll test you in another rank until a more suited one is found." Her eyes softened slightly, "Though as someone who has been on their own for I assume a while now, I do believe you'll prove your worth as a hunter. Since finding meals as a loner or traveler is always crucial."
