I'm definitely a little late to the party, but now that i've got a bit of a pack going with enough SC, food, and toys to provide, I've started to get into breeding :p I'm not quite ready yet for lethals, as I don't have any GC but if you revamp it i definitely would be interested! If i get a super low fertility female with a lethal puppy, i'd also be willing to give them to someone else in the group who can take care of them, so long as I get the mother back :)

random mutations are just that, random, there is no way of knowing if you're going to breed one and there is no specific way to breed one, although i do hear a female with a lower fertility increases the chances?
as for recessive mutations, you can test if your wolf is a carrier of albinism, melanism, or brachycephaly. if they are you can breed them with the chance of producing another carrier or a mutation,
obviously carrier x carrier or carrier x mutation has better chances than carrier x noncarrier
Chances -
Mutation & Carrier Chances;
Non Carrier x Non Carrier = 100% Non Carrier
Non Carrier x Carrier = 90% Non Carrier, 10% Carrier
Non Carrier x Mutation = 15% Carrier, 85% Non Carrier
Carrier x Carrier = 10% Carrier, 10% Mutation, 80% Non Carrier
Carrier x Mutation = 15% Carrier, 15% Mutation, 70% Non Carrier
Mutation x Mutation = 10% Carrier, 20% Mutation 70% Non Carrier

Ooo! This'll be helpful, since when I get my lack of food situation under control + more GC, I wanna start breeding for conjoined twins- My stud doesn't have any mutations, although he'll breed to anything that isn't completely infertile! I also have an albino boi with puppies on the way soon and I'd be willing to give any carriers (although I'd like to keep any albinos 👉👈) away to those wanting one! :D

So my albino boi's babies are here- He gave me 4 puppies and only 1 carrier (+no albinos, smh), but willing to hand the bb over to whoever wants once they're weaned!
Not the fanciest lookin lol but at least they don't look like a giraffe (like what MONARCH gave me >:c)
