Not Entirely New, Have a Q Tho

I just want to know if I can unsub from forums. I didn't see the box to unclick so you don't get subbed to it because I have... Very bad eyesight and miss little things like that, and I really don't want notifs every 5 minutes from it but I don't understand what to do. 

I found the button, I again couldn't see it because of my bad eyes so what I'm learning is I need to wear my glasses more
