Hey guys, im new to the game. trying to wrap my head around a lot of things, slowly understanding.
today i was looking at family trees and seen that one wolf in particular has inbreeding in its family tree.
tired to see what side its from but when i click on the parents it shows 0 for both sides. is this how you check the parents? am i doing it wrong? im very much confused on this.

disclaimer: i got my wolf from the trading center.

The parents don't have to be inbred for a pup to be. We can't say exactly what happened as the screenshot is incomplete and only show a small snap, not the whole family view. I could say more from a complete screenshot of their family trees. What happened probably is that both mother and father of your pup had the same wolves as their parents/grandparents.

Edit: checked your pack and found the wolves. Here are all the three instances of inbreeding:

You need to manually check the families of the wolves you want to breed. That's also why many people stick to low generation wolves, as it makes inbreeding rarer and low gens are also usually more valuable.
