Tailor enemy levels to match your lead wolf more

Hello! As someone who has started to actually stat-grind with my lead wolf, I'm starting to realize how difficult it is to actually find enemies near your lead's level when you reach level 20. I can go through whole energy bars without finding any enemies of an appropriate level to fight that would give me a chance for a stat drop upon defeating them.

Which lies the other problem— a chance for a stat drop. I'm fine with stat drop rates as they are, but when you're only finding maybe 5 or 6 enemies to actually fight per day and maybe 2 of those battles actually give stat drops, it's all the more frustrating, IMO.

My problem isn't with the stat drop rate, though. I don't mind needing to fight 5 battles for a stat drop. What I mind is that I can't even find the battles to begin with. I guess the 'appearance' rate of enemies actually worth fighting for my lvl 20 wolf became really apparent to me after the Cataclysm event ended since that event guaranteed you'd have lots of level 17-20 enemies to fight constantly.

So, the idea I'm pitching is that enemy levels should be more tailored to your own. This isn't to say you'd never run across a level 4 enemy as a level 20 lead wolf, nor the opposite. But, I think it should be waaay more common to run into enemies around your level range than not. So, as a level 20 wolf, I should be encountering enemies that are constantly lvl 16 or 17 plus. I could understand making this 'range' a bit wider as to not make stat grinding extremely easy with consistently getting enemies 'in your range' for a drop once you get to level 20, but also, I firmly believe it shouldn't be this difficult.

I think (for any rate change) this should ONLY apply to regular explore and not apply to event-creatures (So lunar-explore, Cataclysm Cryptids, etc) since a higher level tends to mean more of the event currency as a reward for winning the battle.

Alternative Suggestion 1
I think adding a talent could really rectify the situation! The talent could be called 'Gladiator' or something, and when equipped as a talent, your lead wolf tends to encounter stronger/same-level or higher opponents rather than weaker/lower-leveled ones (as in an increased rate, not a guarantee)? That means if someone wants to turn this 'off', they'd have the option to!

Alternative Suggestion 2
It could alternatively be an item added to the game. Similar to how aniseed functions, this item could increase the spawn rate of higher-level enemies for 30 minutes.
