October event theory? Mysterious NPC.

Something I've noticed is if you look at Xylax's profile, his profile pic is that of a mysterious NPC. 

Not only that but they look kind of spooky too! Perhaps this is for the october event? Thoughts?

The only thing that makes me skeptical is the fact that public release is on 9th, thus it would be a bit unfair. UNLESS they give new members a boost in event currency

Hey, this is an NPC from Lioden, I just used it for my avatar :D on Lioden, as part of September event, it's been released as an "Omen" that warns about world of wolves - an Omen of Wolvden, so to speak!

Oh that explains! Haven't played Lioden in a very long time. :V 

There goes my theory! 

It still could have something to do with wolvden October event that would be pretty cool if it did

wait a sec. thats the soothsayer outfit i think. and in lioden the soothsayer said that there is a land where wolves rule and lions are only in the moutains (ie mountain lions). this mysterious npc... i bet its connected somehow and he/she/they can maybe communicate with or at least are aware of the other soothsayer's presence? Maybe its through Tala....

or im just overthinking this
