• You will be shown updates in the following stages: Sketch, color, finishing details. At the sketch and color stage, you may request small changes. On finishing details, no further changes can be made, due to layering and such.
• I will work with you to make sure you leave with a product you are happy with! Don't be afraid to politely request any and all changes during the sketch and color stage that you need, as long as it sits within the boundaries of what you paid.
• No refunds! Sorry, you paid for a product that took me time and energy to make, I can't get that back. I make a large effort to make sure you're happy in the end.
