How do I access this month’s story?

I very recently went to the events page and clicked on the story, but it's telling me no one's there yet and I need to keep exploring. I looked at the art and I saw it looked like the Deciduous Forest or the Riparian Woodland, but I still couldn't find anything that would start the story. Do I need to collect a certain amount of Effigies, or look for an NPC in particular? 		CheeseStick12

You need to find an NPC while exploring. As far as I know, she can be found in any biome. 		Ovo

She wants you to find a special effigy. Keep collecting them and the game will tell you when you find the right one.
